Getting Started
1.  Can this lock be used outdoors?
Yes, the lock is highly water resistant. It is not completely waterproof and it cannot be submerged or else this will cause the lock to malfunction. 
 2.  Why is it sometimes difficult to register or read a fingerprint?
Using a different speed or angle of your finger motion on the scanner compared to your original entry can cause the lock to reject the user.  The user can just re-swipe their finger to get the lock to recognize it.  Typically after a few times the user becomes accustomed to entering their fingerprint correctly. 
 

•  How should I move my fingerprint over the scanner?

 When registering fingerprints or during repeated scanning, make sure that you drag your finger down from top to bottom while keeping a smooth and constant contact with the sensor. 
4.  Are fingerprints lost if the batteries are low or removed?
 No, they are stored in the padlock
5.  How long will the batteries last?
A realistic prediction is the batteries will last 10-12 months if the lock is operated 10 times per day. 
6.  How will I know when the batteries are getting low?
When the batteries are nearing their end of life, you will see a yellow LED after pressing the start button key and hear the beep beep beep sound  

• Can i delete one of the all fingerprints in the padlock?           

Every fingerprint has the ID number, if you just delete one fingerprint, just need to delete the ID number. Besides, it also can delete all the fingerprint in one time

The product is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.  Physical and water immersion damages are excluded and will void the warranty.
